ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Thiruthangal Police Station, Virudhunagar District to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 658 of 2012 dated 12.12.2012 and to file the final report within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.In Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2610 of 2015, it was admitted, before this Court, that the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court and recording the same, this Court, by order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 23.02.2015, has closed the said petition.

3.Now, the learned Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that the charge sheet has not been filed, as it was reported earlier before this Court. When a copy application was filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, it was reported that charge sheet has not been filed. Even today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is not in a position to ascertain the actual fact, whether the charge sheet has been filed or not. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor undertakes to file the charge sheet, if not filed already and to see that it is taken on file within the a period of one month, before the concerned Court.

4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
