ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner by interfere in the civil dispute prevailing between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, the petitioner made a complaint to the third respondent police. The grievance of the petitioner is that, till date, no action has been taken by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4452 of 2021 4.Whatever might be the circumstances, the respondent police are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2020 by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
