O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanapuram to complete the trial in case in C.C.No.105 of 2014 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner states that he is the first accused in the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.105 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanapuram, It is stated that the second accused in the case was arrested in connection with different case and that therefore the trial of the proceedings is not yet completed in C.C.No.105 of 2014.

this Court for earlier disposal of the proceedings in C.C.No.105 of 2014 will be in the interest of justice.

4.Considering the nature of grievance expressed by this Court and after hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: 4.1.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanapuram is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.105 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
