O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioners, by interfering the petitioners' civil dispute, based on the complaint lodged by one Tirupathi Chettiyar, who is the father of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He also produced a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
