Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the sixth respondent, lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same was registered in Current Petition No.G5/586/06449/2021 and is pending for enquiry. 2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondents 1 to 4/ police are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs.
