Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif to dispose of the R.L.T.O.P. No. 1 of 2020 pending on the file of Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi by passing an order on merits at an earlier date and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif to dispose of the R.L.T.O.P. No. 1 of 2020 pending on the file of Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi by passing an order on merits at an earlier date and thus render justice.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.Perusal of 'B' Diary shows that both side evidence were closed on 09.03.2021 and posted for arguments. From 09.03.2021 to 31.08.2021, the case was posted for arguments. On 06.09.2021, 13.09.2021 and 24.09.2021, the case was posted for orders. The entries in the 'B' Diary reveals that the case was adjourned for further proceedings. In this case, already both side evidence were closed and after hearing arguments, posted for orders. From 06.09.2021 to 24.03.2022, the case is pending for orders, nearly for six months.
