ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.V.Maharajan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant. Though the case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 454 and 380 of IPC in the year 2014, it is stated that there was no further progress and that no proper investigation was conducted. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the final report is likely to be filed within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent to complete the
