3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 03.08.2016 in Crime No.61 of 2016 for offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 447 and 506(i) IPC.
