O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to issue a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry on petitioner's complaint, dated 12.11.2017 and consequently register a case within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.According to the petitioner, he has lodged a complaint before the second respondent against the proposed accused who is tress-passing into the petitioner's property unlawfully and trying to grab the same. The said complaint has not been registered. Therefore, he had sent complaints to various authorities. No action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition before this Court.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.During the course of the argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed the enquiry notice issued by the Surveyor,

Srivilliputhur, dated 24.01.2018, wherein the parties were directed to appear for enquiry on 06.02.2018. Now, according to the petitioner, the Surveyor has passed an order. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner himself has stated that the criminal original petition is pending before this Court. Therefore, no further action has been taken on the complaint. If the said report of the Surveyor has been placed, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned. 6.In the light of the said statement, liberty is granted to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent and produce necessary documents. In the event of such materials has been produced, the second respondent shall consider the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law.

7.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
