ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the Investigation in Crime No. 9 of 2022 from the file of 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent police or any other competent agency to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law.

2. The grievance is expressed by the petitioner is that it is not an accident and the occurrence was caused by one vehicle, which was coming in the opposite side. He further submitted that CCTV footage is available in the occurrence place and the same was informed to the second respondent police on several times, but the second respondent has not taken any steps to seize the CCTV footage. On that ground, this petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that 14 witnesses have been examined so far and within short time, entire investigation will be completed by the second respondent police.

4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to visit the place of occurrence and recover the CCTV footage if any found near place of occurrence and to complete the investigation and file a 2/4

final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
