ORDER

The petition has been file to punish the respondents for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12929 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.10.2020 and pass necessary orders and give police protection if necessary. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent conducted enquiry and rejected the request made by the petitioner.
