ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to issue fresh passport to the petitioner based upon his application dated 23.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Cr.No.136 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent which has culminated in filing of a charge sheet in C.C.No.61 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ponnamaravathy.

3. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case if any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of 4(four) weeks. Based upon the orders to be passed, the trial Court is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
