For Petitioner :Mr.S.Gopala Manikandan For Respondent :Mr.N.Dilip Kumar **** When the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Counsel for the respondent Corporation would submit that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and an order was passed on 19.02.2021. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration for this Court any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
