This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.4 of 2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the final report will be filed within a period of three months. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to issue the follow directions: 3.1.The first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.4 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
