in consequence thereof direct the first respondent to call for the fresh tender by providing sufficient time as per law.

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the tender notification issued by the first respondent on 10.02.2026 and to direct the respondents to call for a fresh tender by providing sufficient time, in accordance with law.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on the basis of written instructions, submitted that the impugned tender notification has been cancelled due to non-fulfilment of the eligibility criteria and that the respondents have decided to issue a fresh notification.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
