ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.9(b) imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.64 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025.

2. Mr.M.Chandrabose, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation. However, in view of the offence involved in this case under the IPC offences, he prays for a modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.9(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.64 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent-Police 2/3

weekly once (i.e., on Monday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
