I have heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the typed set of papers.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died and to that effect, he has also filed a Memo, dated 16.06.2016. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Revision may be closed, as nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note on record the Memo filed and the endorsement so made, nothing survives for adjudication any further in this Revision. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
