This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 1/3

26.02.2021, seeking for the release of Kudimaramathu Fund of Restoration of Pulavarcheri Tank, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagnagi District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the Kudimaramathu Fund was subsequently released and the Tank was also restored and renovated.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
