O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.06.2017, lodged before the second respondent herein through Post.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and during the enquiry, the petitioner herself has made a statement before the second respondent that no further action is required on the complaint and therefore, the complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
