O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.09.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner company executed a Power of Attorney in favour of one of its employee namely Mohammed Sirajudeen and the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mohammed Sirajudeen using the said power of attorney has opened a bank account and diverted the petitioner company's money to the tune of Rs.2 crores and hence the complaint has been given on 27.09.2017, but, so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been forwarded to the C.C.B.Unit I, Trichy and the said complaint is pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the above said submissions, the Inspector of Police, C.C.B.Unit I, Trichy is directed to expedite the enquiry at early and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law within 15 days.

5.With the aforesaid observations this petition is disposed off.
