RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions of bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.166/2022 dt.6/1/2022 as to Petitioner/Accussed No.2 that he has to report before the concerned court once in a week i.e.,on every Monday at 10.30 AM.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOHN VINCENT.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.166 of 2022, dated 06.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
