Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land in New Survey No.161, Old Survey No.97/2C, New Ward No.J, New Block No.6, measuring an extent of 3120 Sq.Ft. within the limits of Tiruchirappalli City Corporation, Srirengam Circle, K-Abisheikapruam, Uyakondan Thirumalai Village as per the application of the petitioner dated 11.09.2018 in "Form No.7035", Application No.2167, Receipt No.086/K1/2/18-19/0002709. Heard, Mr.Vinod Sathya Lazar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.Shaji Bino, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the respondents to survey the petition mentioned lands. He had given an application dated 11.09.2018 and also paid the relevant fees.

3. The respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If during the course of survey exercise any rival claim is made, the respondents will relegate the petitioner to move the civil Court.
