It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in Cr.No.1 of 2004, on the file of the Economic Offences Wing -II, Madurai District and he is only an eye-witness and hence, there is no question of harassment. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
