PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.93 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 366(A) of I.P.C., r/w 12 of POCSO Act subsequently altered under Sections 366 IPC, 10 r/w 9(g)& 9(1) of POCSO Act, in Crime No.93 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.4808 of 2020 it is an unnatural of being molestation as alleged and on 25.02.2020 while the victims who are aged at 16 to 17 numbering 8 members went to Courtallam, it is not possible for human conduct and to consume beer along with this accused.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State stated that the defacto complainant namely, Sivaranjani is now having four weeks of pregnancy and as per her statement this petitioner had sexually assaulted and thereby, she is now made pregnant. He further stated that the matter is under investigation.

5. Considering the rival submissions and also taking note of the fact that eight victims are aged between 16 to 17 and also the fact that there is a pregnancy of minor girl and the stage of investigation being at preliminary stage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
