PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband / detenu, namely, Manikandan, S/o.Muthunanju Thevar, (aged about 42 years) before this Court and set him at liberty.

The petitioner seeks production of the person of her husband, namely, Manikandan, aged about 42 years. 2.According to the petitioner, her husband Manikandan has been missing since 13.07.2019. She has got two children and she is struggling to survive without the help of the husband. 3.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, would submit that the husband left the petitioner, because of her immoral conduct and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
