ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and her family members without due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner in the police station and harassed her under the guise of enquiry in respect of pending cases against her son-in-law. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner; the presence of the petitioner is not required for any enquiry; and the second respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
