This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the case based upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.11.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the third respondent Police and during the enquiry, it came to know that the entire cause of action did not arise within the jurisdiction of the third respondent and therefore, the complaint was closed. He further submitted that it is purely a money dispute between the parties and the petitioner can approach the concerned jurisdictional police station to make her request. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is
dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint before the concerned police station, if she is so advised. If any cognizable offence is made out, the concerned Police Officer/Station House Officer shall duly register a case and proceed with the same in accordance with law, otherwise, further proceedings shall be dropped.
