O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate appropriate action to register a case based on the complaints of the petitioner, dated 31.05.2017 and 31.10.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the Inspector of Police, Devakottai Taluk Circle, Sivagangai District, and after enquiry, the complaint was closed, as the dispute is purely civil in nature.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to redress her grievance.
