O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate further proceeding in CSR No. 61 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint as against his wife for the theft of jewels, cash and silver articles. Based on the same, C.S.R.No.61 of 2025 was assigned and further steps have not been taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after enquiry, the petitioner's representation was closed on 23.01.2025. Therefore nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, and the petitioner's complaint was already enquired and closed, it is for the petitioner to approach appropriate forum. Accordingly, this 2/4
