This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.06.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.12 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 406 and 420 IPC on the file of the third respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.
