ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that auction was conducted on 04.03.2025 and none participated in the tender. Therefore, the auction has been dropped.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that whenever auctions are conducted, the respondents give tender order on their own volition
and they have not followed the guidelines issued in G.O.(Ms)No.5, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare Department, dated 30.01.2025.
3.In view of the the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to follow the guidelines issued in G.O.(Ms)No.5 scrupulously, whenever auctions are conducted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
