ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Sulthan Basha , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.12115 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and has no objection to relax the conditions. 2/4

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.12115 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023 is fully relaxed.
