ORDER

Seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.513 of 2025 in Crime No.686 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21781 of 2025 by order dated 15.12.2025 had quashed the First Information Report in Crime No.686 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner had filed Crl.M.P.No.513 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi seeking return of property, which is adjourned from time to time without disposal. Hence, this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Court hereby directs the learned learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.513 2/4

of 2025 in Crime No.686 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
