ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners challenge the impugned proceedings dated 03.03.2022 issued by the first respondent.

3.I am happy to record that the matter has been amicably resolved among the parties concerned. Joint memo of compromise dated 19.12.2023 as well as a compromise deed dated 12.12.2023 had been entered into between the parties. The joint memo of compromise has been signed by the counsel also. The parties are present before me. They confirmed that the matter has been compromised in terms of the agreement now produced before this Court. They are also duly identified by the respective counsel.

4.Since the issue has been resolved among the parties themselves, the impugned proceedings are set aside. This writ petition is allowed in terms of joint memo of compromise. Joint memo of compromise dated 19.12.2023 as well as the agreement dated 12.12.2023 shall form part of the order. The petitioners are at liberty to present the order before the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to register the same. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
