This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint submitted by Anthony Barnath Litwin, W/o.Selvakumar under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. petition pending against her on the complaint given by one Antony Barnath Litwin and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
