ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to release and disburse the scheme amount deposited under Female Child Protection Scheme in CAA410279, CAA410280 in the of petitioners daughters namely Subalakshmi and Kiruba by considering the petitioners representation dated 06.11.2023 and 08.01.2024 within a stipulated time.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they have already disburse the scheme amount and that the prayer has become infructuous. 2/4
