O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.31 of 2021 and O.A.No.11 of 2022 within a time frame expeditiously.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed O.A.No.11 of 2022 (O.A.No.8 of 2/4

2011) before the first respondent, seeking recognition of the petitioner hereditary poosari rights and the respondents 2 to 8 are also filed O.A.No.31 of 2021 (O.A.No.15 of 2001) before the first respondent. Since the same were pending for several years, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondents seeks 6 months time to dispose of the original applications filed by the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 8.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.31 of 2021 and O.A.No.11 of 2022, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
