This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2016 dated 09.01.2016 and to file final report 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired by the respondent Police and the same has been closed as "mistake of fact". He has also produced a copy of the Closure Report before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve a copy of the "Closure Report" to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
