ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to provide adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the respondents 6 to 10.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed on 07.03.2021 in CSR.No.142 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruvidaimaruthur Police Station and another complaint was enquired and closed on 24.03.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kuthalam Police Station in CSR.No.175 of 2021.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
