ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.06.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.334 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 448, 427, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
