ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and third respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2021, on the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the second respondent and further direct the second respondent to investigate the said crime and lay Charge sheet.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case the offence was already altered to the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 354(A), 109 IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and 10 r/w 9 (1)(n) of POCSO Act 2012. After completion of investigation, now the charge sheet is ready and the same will be filed shortly before the jurisdictional Court. 2/5
