The petitioner seeks production of her minor daughter Ramya, aged 17 years.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The petitioner suspects that the third respondent, who is a 19 years old boy, has a role in the detenue is going missing. 4.

Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that it is a case of love affair and minor Ramya, who is aged about 17 years 11 months and six days has gone on her own with the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. In any event, since the detenue is a minor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to secure the detenue and produce her before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner.
