The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.288 of 2019 , on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.288 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai.
