ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 5.

2.The petitioner had sought loan assistance from TAHDCO /R1 Corporation.

3.The first respondent appears to have forwarded the proposals to the respondent Bank. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for disbursing the loan.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 5 informs the Court that the Bank had already negatived the proposal given by the TAHDCO. The learned Standing Counsel is called upon to serve the copy of the communication whereby the proposal was rejected to the petitioner's counsel so that the petitioner can challenge the same in the manner known to law. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. Since an order of rejection has been passed, this writ petition will not lie. The writ petition stands closed. No costs.
