PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in C.No.26/Mike/FIPS/DGL/2020, dated 05.03.2020 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first and second respondent to grant permission to conduct conference in the title of "Meendu Eluvam" against the Dravidian Ideology on 22.03.2020 at about 03.00 p.m to 09.00 p.m in 127/1 to the extent of 35 cents of land at Natham Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.02.2020.
