O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner from the respondents 4 and 5.
2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the property in old S.No.668/2 at Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul District. While so, the predecessors in title are demanding money from the petitioner. In this regard, there is a dispute between them. While so, the petitioner went to the subject property to fence and the same was restrained by the private respondents, hence he sent a representation before the respondents 1 to 3 on 16.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there is a property dispute between the parties, hence the representation given by the petitioner is 2/5
under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within a period of 1 week.
4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is incline to dispose of the petition without issuing notice to the private respondents by directing the third respondent to enquire and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.02.2025 after affording opportunity to all the parties within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above directions and observations, this petition stands disposed of.
