Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to ensure that the petitioner and his family members are granted equal access to participate in the Sri Senbaga Koothan Kandan Sastha Temple, Kottaivilai, Krishnapuram, Kanyakumari District and Sri Mangala Vinayagar Thirukovil, Krishnapuram, Kanyakumari District temple's rituals and to take action on the proceedings of 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A2/4647/2023, dated 14.07.2023, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus,to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to ensure that the petitioner and his family members are granted equal access to participate in the Sri Senbaga Koothan Kandan Sastha Temple, Kottaivilai, Krishnapuram, Kanyakumari District and Sri Mangala Vinayagar Thirukovil, Krishnapuram, Kanyakumari District temple's rituals and to take action on the proceedings of 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A2/4647/2023, dated 14.07.2023, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance

to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While considering the same, the second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation in the light of Muu.Mu.A2/4647/2025, dated 07.08.2025. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
