ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the O.S.No.349 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioners, the suit was filed by the petitioners herein in O.S.No.349 of 2014 for the relief of declaration and injunction is pending for ten years without completing the trial is against law and unsustainable. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioners. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul is directed to dispose O.S.No. 349 of 2014 on merits, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, 3/5

expeditiously, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
