ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks to be provided with domestic electricity service connection. The petitioner's application is not being considered by the second respondent. The learned standing counsel states that he needs to get instructions. It appears that some objection has been received.

3. Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
