O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation to the 5th respondent office for conducting fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.67/2024 on the file of Respondent No.4 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in this case after completion of investigation, final report has

been filed before the concerned Court as 'undetectable'. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since this petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation and the respondent police has already filed final report before the concerned Court as 'undetectable, it is for the concerned Judicial Magistrate to act in accordance with the dictum laid down in Chinnathambi @ Subramani Vs State reported in 2017(2) SCC Online Mad 670. 4.With the above observations, this petition stands disposed of. 06.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No PNM To
